Who we are
The company Tradigital English Teacher was established by Tijana Dabic in January 2022 with the aim to connect with colleagues and share high-quality, engaging and pleasant teaching materials and courses as well insightful and carefully-worded texts on English teaching methodology and educational tools. The philosophy of our business is based on the idea that there is no one ideal solution when it comes to teaching, but a choice from a range of methods and activities that suits best the learning situation and its participants.

How did it start
Idea behind the project
Our logo sign is a STOCK standing on one leg indicating the metaphor of keeping balance. We believe the BALANCE of methods and the individual approach based on the needs analysis of both teacher and students lead to successful learning situations and outcomes. Stated implies that what works in one learning situation with one group of students doesn’t mean it will work the same way with the other group of students having similar traits.
During last few decades the teachers have been bombed with various methods and approaches interwoven with the use of digital technologies in the classroom. Myself as a teacher, as well as many of my colleagues, frequently feel that we are not sure about the right choice and feel undereducated/under skilled for the new generations of the students in our schools. In that wild goose chase, it happens we neglect the things we are really good at, that have worked so many times in order to be up-to- date with the trends. Moreover, teachers are not aware that many of those “trends” are actually repacked old trends. In order to overcome this state of mind we have created TRADIGITAL ENGLISH TEACHER platform.
These are our CORE VALUES:
- There should be a balance between the TRADITIONAL and DIGITAL;
- Both MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL engagement should be part of teaching and learning process.
- The MOVEMENT AND SENSES are of immense importance at early age of learning.
- CREATIVE THINKING and EXPLORATION of different paths should overrule the BASIC REPRODUCTION of knowledge.
- WHATEVER WORKS FOR YOU AND YOUR STUDENTS is OK! It doesn’t have to be trendy if it fulfills its purpose.
- EVERYTHING can be learned.
- PAST, PRESENT and FUTURE are equally important.
- TEACHERS should be connected with their inner child in order to be able to connect with their students and help them FOLLOW THEIR DREAMS.
- The MEASURES and the PATHS are not the SAME for all students.
- The EMPATHY is one of the trades of a true teacher.
- Teaching & learning SPACE should be carefully designed and organized since things and places have their own ENERGY.
- The SKY is the LIMIT. We believe in MIRACLES.
